EZ server issue?

I've been trying to log into a character I made on EZ server. I get to the character select screen and try to enter the world, but nothing happens. The game doesn't lock up as my mouse still moves around, but it will never enter the world.

Someone posted a similar question a few days ago, but that post seems to have been removed.

Any suggestions?
