Npc name help

Not sure where to ask this but wondering if a use a npc that is in game and mod him how can i change the title of the npc some have name then in () will have a title like Anna Jame's and under name (general supplies) how would i take that away or change it to a new type of title

In the database table npc_types its listed in the lastnames, just change it to what you want.
