You need to create the account/password yourself.
Here: http://www.eqemu.net/login/

You need to get eqw.
Here: http://eqw.eqhackers.com/
(You need to extract the zip files into your eq folder and wouldn't be too bad to make the eqw a shortcut. Preferably make a backup folder (copy and paste to a new location or rename) so when theres a patch day and you on on verant servers you can still play eqemu on your backup because you can't ask for files nor backup a patch)

Then you need to get the eqhost.
Here: http://www.eqemu.net/eqhost.txt
(Right Click Save As and save into your EQ folder)
(When you patch it overwrites it so you'll need to make a backup of it if you want to patch)

And that's pretty much all you need to login to the server. If you have any problems with eqw. Search for help over the forum. There has been alot of forum posts answering these questions but I thought i'd be nice and help you out.

If you don't understand get irc (www.mirc.com) and go to irc.trifocus.net #eqemu and I'm sure people can help you out there.

To create an account for EQEMu loginservers, you'll need to ask a dev in IRC. The signups are down.
