Okay..n00b seeks assistance

Here's the deal:

I'm not new to the EMU world, and I have my shite together for the most part savvy-wise.

But I saw on the faq that you cannot log into the server locally...that you have to go through a portal.

BUT....when I click on the link to create an account on said portal..

error 404.

Whats up.
