How good the the computer have to be? How much RAM? Proccer? Hard Drive? And so on

It all depends on yur expectations!

I don't think anyone has really tried to get any numbers on this either.

400Mhz P2 with 256 Ram running on XP
running mySQL world and 5 zones
seems to run ok with a handfull of prople on it


Bottom line is the more data in the DB, zones, and people playing the more Mhz, Ram and Bandwith your gonna need.
