Issue creating an account (Asking for someone else)

So, one of my friends tried to get set up with EQEmulator, but has not received a confirmation email at all. He checked his spam folder, does not use a blacklist, and does not have any mail autodelete at all. I can provide the account name if needed. What should he do?

Some email systems block the eqemulator.net domain automatically. I would recommend trying to register again with a new email address that doesn't block eqemu. I know gmail works great and is ,IMO, by far better than any other free email out there.
