Connection problems to server

Hello,

I'm using Secrets of Faydwer and downloaded the install off of EQ Project to set up my server. Both the client and the server are on the same computer. If I change my eqhost file to 127.0.0.1:9080, I get the error message : "A connection to the server could not be reached."

If I change the eqhost file to 0.0.0.0:9080, I get a timeout error.
