Default UI issue

OK I am running an amd II x2 with windows 7. I have on board video and using my 32" tv as my monitor(that only lets me run 1024x76 I am running SoF . Now here is my issue, i downloaded and installed "BLACKUI" complete set(custom UI) last night. i loaded the skin but it did not load. my default ui is now messed up i cant resize some of the windows. My inv, opt, video reso, pet, spell gem bar,and what i beleve to be my eq button and all messed up and non functioning. I removed the blackui from my machine and same issue. I say to myself "Oh ill just remove and reinstall eq and that should fix everything." I uninstalled eq, deleted temp internet files and cookies, restarted the machine. I reinstalled eq went to load the game and when the login came up my station name was there(this should be blank at this point no?) ok i said and loaded the game...and i am still having these ui issues(i have done this 4 times now). I think i may be doing something wrong or missing something in the uninstallation process because my issue isnt fixed and my station name still appears at login. Anyone have any ideas on how to remedy this?

i should also add i cant even find my screenshots in my program files to attach one here nor can i find any uierror folders
