ABout the DB addon??

Hey guys I haven't use the emulator in 6 months now, much has changed lol.

What is this Database Add-on zip file for, how does it work. I mean how do i load all the items in to it? Not understanding. Do i just do source db.sql, then do source on all the other sql files? And there is also an 0.3.6itemsdb zip file, what do i do with these two zip files?
