Default Not sure if this is a bug in the Emu or database
Using PEQ rev2100 and EqEmu 2098, I noticed an issue with the Icebreaker boat through the Iceclad ocean. I know many boats are bugged, but this one seems to work. You can definitely ride it from the little island off Ro to the Icelad Ocean with no problems. But going back, the boat doesn't dock close enough for you to get on. There is a big gap between the boat and the dock and no way to actually jump onto the boat.

is this a bug? is it by design?

That is not an EQEmu bug, it would be a database bug related to the ship's grid waypoints. So, it shouldn't be reported here, but on the PEQ forums where the database you use is maintained.
