Ok, i got the rest of the stuff to work, BUT when i went to make a character it lets me and boots me to the login in screen when i go to play him...if anyone can help please and thank you!

More info is needed. Have you tried more than 1 server, and which client are you running?

Yes, ive tried project 1999, its not even gonna let me go to the character screen and the other one i dont have the list up atm...im using the Seeds of Destruction client

Seeds of Destruction is not supported on P1999.
