tutorial zone not working ?

I'm sorry if this is the wrong area for this or has been covered somewhere, I've been scripting quests all day and patience isnt with me right now and I looked briefly and didn't really find any answers =P

I set my start zone to tutorial (183), and whenever I login and make a character, it will send me to tutorial but will immediately send me to arena (and also gives me 100 swimming skill for some odd reason).

I have tried this on Titanium and SoD clients both, and only difference is titanium client doesn't net me 100 swimming skill =P

I have set all start zones to safe loc in zone, and they will immediately port to arena.. any suggestions?

btw, I can #zone tutorial on gm account and it works fine..

Change the min_status field in the zones table to 0, and you will be able to get in there fine.

In PEQ it defaults to 80 to prevent people from getting in there.
