Account Password Resetting

I'm unable to reset the password on the account I use to login to eqemu servers (p1999 in particular). It's an older account, created back when the forum accounts weren't directly tied to login server accounts. I've found a user which might be mine in eqemu (simply called Heallun, I found it by searching the members list). I'm curious if this forum account can be used in a way to reset the password to my account.

The account I need the password changed on is Heallun123 (the one that directly logs into the servers to play). If anyone can change it or knows how I can go about changing it I'd be much obliged.

edit: I'm posting from a newer account that has two loginserver accounts connected to it, but unfortunately, not my main account (the one with my main character on it).
