How to edit you server?

I got an AX CLassic private server up and running. I am wondering if it is possible with AX Classic for me to go in and change the mana and health regen rates? Is there a guide somewhere around that teaches you how to change these and other things within your server?

And is it possible to do what the OP has posted in the following thread in AX Classic, and if so how? http://www.eqemulator.org/forums/showthread.php?t=30476

get yourself MySQL query analyzer, open Db and start poking around.
also look at George Tools section.
