Question Limit Expansions in Rules_Values Table?
If i limit expansions to say 'o' (classic) - what does this effect? just class/race creation or that stuff+quests+zones+spells+npcs+etc?

(in other words, what does editing the expansion number in Rules_Table do altogether?)
