help zoning and spawns

whenever i zone i get a message that says that the zone has no people in it and that i should wait a moment

and monsters dont spawn!? help me i'm a noobie

DB addon and worlddata is very cool addons..
but I can't install it :((
I install this great addon only 1x.. then I delete eqemu....
after 2 day reinstall (completely with mysql..etc..)
and never can install addon :(
whenever I try install.bat I get some errors at end when addon trying to update my sql with spawns :(
I get some syntax error messages..
and in world data too

those few lines of errors are normal for this version of the DB addon, dont worry about it the emu will still work, they did the best they could and im sure they will take care of that soon =)

but this error = no spawns in world..and I think, this isn't planned error )
and when I first time install EQemu + DB addon I have no errors.. but now not :(
can anybody dump db contains db addon and worlddata ? )
