Assistance with "Error in my GUI XML files. Check UIErrors.txt"

Hey guys, I am a long time EQ player from 1999 and have always knew about emu since it was launched, but never really played around with it. Anyways, I have a brand new desktop and have installed the EQ Titanium version/client and followed all steps, as well as trouble shooting for this error and cannot seem to figure it out.. If anyone could assist me with this, it would be much appreciated!!! I can't wait to get on and play the old EQ all over again!!

Either you are using a custom UI, or you are using an EQ client from an illegal download that has a modified UI. Neither one of those issues are supported on these forums. You may want to ask that same question on the P99 forums. I believe they might have a custom UI available for the P99 players, but I don't really know much about the server.
