Guilds Not Working.

Hello EQEmulator, I am helping out someone with their server and it seems that guilds do not work, they work for me without bots so I believe it is bot-related, is there anyway to fix guilds so they actually work, thank you.

EDIT: By do not work I mean they don't automatically let you join when you create one, you have to zone, and nothing shows up in the guild window.
