Game wont launch.

Game has worked fine until now. I come home from work today, go to log on, and I get errors trying to load game. I right click "Launch Titanium" and click run as admin. it pops up and says it cant find eqgame. So i go and right click on eqgame and run as admin, and it says. "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
