Shout Spam on locked server?

I am alone on a server I created and locked. But my chat is getting "Nate shouts "Trick or treat smell my feet." over and over again.

Anyone know how to stop this ?

Check your quests folder in that zone for the NPC that's shouting. It's likely on a timer that you can adjust or disable to your liking.

Thats the Halloween Quest NPC.

Thanks all. It was the Halloween NPC. I did a search for Nate in my emulator files and deleted his script. Now he just stands there nice and quiet.
