Default 3.13 Error with bootzones (XP issue?)

Ok, I am running on an XP system, and the previous versions of the emu worked. I figured it was just a problem with 3.12, but I guess it stems to the new version as well. Everything goes along smoothly (setting up, and running minilogin/world), but as soon as I hit the bootzones I get fatal errors on all 5 windows and the "click ok to close, cancel to debug" thing. Anyone else having this issue, and if so, anyone know the fix for it? Thanks in advance.

Note: This is what happens when you dont copy your spells_en file over to the eqemu directory on XP. :P (See above)

Yes, I did shut off the firewall. It has never been enabled, as I have enough issues with the build in ones from my ISP. The problem was because of the spells_en file. And the 2nd problem (which I found after that) was because I did not play with the new minilogin accounts file. Pretty much user error over version issues, thanks for trying to help though.
