I wish to ask for help

Ok i wish to ask for steps upon downloading the program in sections and one ULR. I am having a problem finding a WinHack2 URL to download from. Many question i need to cover and answered please enter the information you know to be true, that is all i ask.
1: Ok so i just got this program just today December 3, 2002. I wish to download the correct applications to using this program. I am quit stoacked on recieving it and wish to learn everything about it before the weekend, and yes that is a task for me.
2: I do now care about the whole making a sever deal yet, all i really need to know is:
A: How to open a comand window that shows me the skill editor
B: How to open a comand window that allows me to alternate my helth points or known as hp.
C: I was looking on this website after i registered and stumpled into a comand helper of what not and i saw a pretty cool deal about, #level (set target level) , #setallskills ( Set at a 0-255 skill on all) and was wondering what that had to do with the whole GM status thingy which came up in selections, which was amusing which class GM could do what. Or is that a place where i have to prove myself to this whole organization which would be a bummer because i want reveng badly.
D: Skill editor has a area where i can change the speed of skills i hope.
(Note) Please tell me the information is easy steps i am not that oriented with computers as i am with sports or friends so i will take a bit of time to understand the whole process. And if anyone wishes to know, i guess you can call me a newb in this whole new world that i have stumbled into, but hey one is only called a newb for a short time and that phrase is strating to become a demented word for putting down others when you feel showeler than the other person. And sorry for ranting had to get it off some where. GM's dont like it when i speak my mind with some of them.

Ok! Ok! Now i kind of do understand some of the details but i need to know if this whole application can be runned in like a normal server like Fennin-Ro. Because that is the server i play on and i am quit bored of leveling with groups and having old run down gear and gain little xp for more than a full session of play time, this is a sad life, that is why i am here. I wish to know how i can play the emu deal on someone's made server so i may learn how to use it and see how the whole fireworks happen. Now do i need to download someone's server from this website or if i run the emu application will it show me a list of servers that people have created sigh this is becoming a wearing time. Send me a private messave with a dirrect link or what not please. Good Night

I believe this was really a two-parter. His initial intention was to find ways to help his character on EQLive. I explained that EQemu and EQLive were two separate things and EQEmu was not going to help him with what he wanted.

The second posting I believe is a response to my private comments. The part I guess that I didn't make clear is that EQEmu does not provide any additional information to EQLIve, the objects, mobs, locations, and so on that someone couldn't get from another source-- if the intention is to learn more about EQLive.

So here are the answers to his questions:

1. yes you can run a normal server, but it would not have all the functionality of the EQLive servers. To have your own server you need to download software that was created in the EQEmu project and own a legal copy of Everquest. You cannot download any EQ files from this site.

2. Or yes, you can join someone's EQEmu server. All you need to do is register with the EQEmu login server, own a copy of Everquest, change your eqhost.txt to point to the EQEmu login server, and then select a server from the server list. But you are on EQEmu servers, not EQLive servers.

Finally, all the information to get started with either choice 1 or 2, is readily available on those sticky little notes that are posted in this forum (and probably one or two other places).
