Do you have multiple lore items? There was a bug in EqEmu 0.4.0 which causes health depletion when you have multiple lore items but i'm unsure as to whether this only affects you if you have an identical item twice or if you have two different lore items...?

It is not a bug in 0.4.0, it is a "feature" of the eq client to keep people from having multiple lore items of the same type. In 0.4.1, you will not be able to summon these as it has become a problem and people think it is our fault.
