EQ LOGON SERVER help with running one

I have my eq logon server running fine right now but...

Everyone that starts up everquest can type in any old username and password and log on to see the server list


I want to make it so that i have to manuly make the accounts insted of anyone being able to sine in.


1. how do i get it so that not just anyone can log in to see my server list. (need to know how to tern of the auto acount maker)?
and
2. how would i go about changing the server so that mutiple people can log in but thay have to uses an Different Login?


im not shere that this is the right form for this, but i could realy use an reply please help me. I also have msn and use IRC under the name for Dwarf|733.
