Default Help?

Hi, new to the forum and I've search a lot but I need some help in understanding. I have a server in another location (another network) that I would like to be my Emu server. I've built it up fine using Eqemu login servers, I was able to connect to it, make a character and just played around in the zone for a minute. Now, I do not want to use Eqemu login servers I want to have my own but I still want other people to be able to connect to it. (so I don't want just the local emu). You would think just use the minilogin ( I thought I read that it can hold 12 accounts now). Well when I put in the information for the minilogin, I get the 1017 error. So I know I have everything set up correctly except the login stuff. Can anyone lend some insight on this? BTW, I have the newest versions of EQemu and I didn't patch on Jan. 9th. Thanks.

I also get the same error when I run my own server and try to log in, but others work. I just never worried about it because I would only run it to run tests, but I would be interested in a fix for this. Also never searched for this prob (hey! atleast im honost! ) mainly because I wasn't in any rush to get my server up for testing stuff out. Looking forward to a response
