Connecting to ForeverHacking

Hi all,

I have a question that I would like an answer to in simple terms if possible.

I'm trying to connect to the ForeverHacking server. Whenever I try I get a 1017 error.

I am running NAT on my router but didn't think this would be a problem as the server I'm trying to get to isn't behind it.

Any help would be muchly appreciated.
