how can i set it so that accounts are auto flagged ?

ive looked, and if i just missed it im sorry

2 ways...

edit addins.ini and set what you want people to have access to 0

or better yet

in Loginserver.ini:
[WorldServer]
Defaultstatus=80

would set all new users to status 80
