Default onos! cant log in after running patcher =/

Well, I 1st could run EQemu pretty well, minus some DC's while zoning or wierd bugs logging in, (but it was pretty much still fine)

so I decide to get me the patcher, thinking that it'll clear up some of those bugs.. so I get the patcher, install it to my EQ Directory, run it, and it downloads some files.. and then I start up EQemu.

I find the EQemu servers page, and then I try to log into GuildWars, and then the screen following it shows up (w/ the gimpy music and Firiona and the big gianty looking guy) and then...

I just get booted back to my Desktop;/

Any ideas what went wrong..? Any possible solutions..?

If you get booted to the desktop its probably a client-based incompatibility issue. I would check out what version of eqemu the guildwars server is using.

well, thankyou for the insight, but I don't think that it's a version issue. I tried logging into many other different servers w/ verions such as: 0.4.1, 0.4.2, and even 0.4.3-DR1.

/sigh.. I tried System Restoring w/ Windows XP, but that doesn't seem to fix the issue either. (Logging in through Publiclogin, and using the patchme method rather than EQW)

I'd gladly wait for the next version of EQemu to come out, or the patcher even.. but somehow I have a bad feeling that I'd be waiting quite a bit for it. :P
