1017, is it cuz of Belkin router???

Ok, I've got a Belkin router, and I'm wondering if for any reason that is causing me to get the 1017 error. And other people are getting it too

I read a post (which i can't remember what post, an old anyway) with a guy having the same problem with a Netgear RP114 router - same as i have, and when he removed his router it worked perfect. So i will try that, and i'd advice you to try without router if it works and you prolly will get oyur answer
