I think i figured out the EQEmu patcher problem.

That must mean the servers down. So it CAN find Patcher.dat it just cant connect, and its giving us the wrong error msg. Thus confuseing us! Simple. try again tommarow. I have programemd before and it is possible to give out the wrong error msg.
