World.exe crash with 4.3 - related to emusharemem.dll

World.exe gives me the following error on startup:
LoadEmuShareMemDLL:Load() failed error=120
Error: Could not load item data

I've loaded in the item DB with no errors, so it can't be related to this - it seems like emusharemem.dll is out of date or not working. However I have installed the .dll from the 4.3 zip.
