0.4.3 Database format

..Did this change? Any Database I try to use that might have items or spawns in it won't work. I tried skimming the posts here, but have found nothing of real interest in dealing with this concern. Any info is appreciated.

Edit:
1 Error with Telmet's EQEMu 0.4.3 DB: (This comes up on the WorldServer, and it's a 0.4.1 Database if I read things right. So have things changed?)
