Default Scruffy's Back... EQTime Update

Hello everyone...

I just got done with my latest fix for EQEmu... I fixed EQTime so that it works correctly again. It also uses a new save format. This should fix time saving issues. The ZIP file includes in the patched files. worldserver.cpp goes into the zone directory, eqtime.cpp into the common directory, and zoneserver.cpp into the world directory.

Before running the patched version, delete eqtime.cfg from your directory. The old version is incompatable and you will get a load error.
