cant log the account

i try enter, and cant get server lits say erros that try enter in other moment, and one time me can enter but , but in the zone of server lits are empty, and other time, in a trial with a friend who want create a server me can select that server but when me select can join in, and resastar conecction and go again to server lits, can some one help me please????.
