EQ crashing to the desktop from startup

I have setup the EQEmu server and it is running perfect but when I try and start the client on my second machine it immediately crashes to the desktop.

The Error is eqgame.exe caused errors in eqmain.dll. Basically, running XP Pro so it doesnt say the nifty error messages. I have a zipped up copy of my EQLive files for archive and when I want to play it and they work fine.

I have run the EQEmu patcher countless time to no avail. Any idea?

P.S. I am using CMD prompt and also a shortcut mapped to ..\Everquest\eqgame.exe patchme (eqgame.exe" patchme for the shortcut).

make sure the display colors are the same for desktop and eqclient.ini
