Errors flagging world.exe

Hi,
I had a quick look around and couldn't find the answer on the first few pages. When I open up a command prompt and try and flag world.exe I get the following.

C:\Games\EQEMu>world.exe flag eqemu 200
[Database] block not found in DB.INI.
Read README.TXT!

I have checked db.ini and all looks ok

[Database]
host=localhost
user=have my username for sql here
password=have my pass for sql here
database=eq
compression=off

I haven't been able to find the readme.txt file that is mentioned either. Any advice appreciated.

Check for trailing spaces in db.ini, remove any you find.

readme.txt was replaced by readme.html in the docs directory of your eqemu install.
