Resignation from dev team

This latest prank by dev team members and ununiform RULES (They can do crap, if I complain I GET yelled at(the hacking of my msg board account by a fellow dev)) has pushed me over the edge. I'm out. If I contine contributing it will be to a forked version, but that is doubtfull, as I most likely will be starting up my own MMORPG project. Good luck, I hope you do great things.

I would think that cracking an account for any reason would not be tolerated. Admitedly, the thing that was done was not that serious and I am sure it was more meaningful to the people involved. But cracking is cracking and is still an offense.

Yodason, your response to this have been over the top. In fact, I thought that someone had hacked your account and was responding.

ErrorQuest? Is that a virtual version of throwing rotten eggs at a person?

Once again the eqemu project is splintering off. And that has to stop. This project has to operate at the highest level or it won't survive.

Don't let all the good work that has been done the last four months all go down the toilet because of infighting. Focus on the end result and the successes, not the petty differences.

Well I can't say I am going to miss him cause I am not. Yoda you were a bit strung over the whole warez crap. You didn't even give people a chance. So since he is resigning I am off my break. Damn what a short one. Oh well plenty of time to take off when I am dead. Hey devs if you need a person to moderate the boards I would be glad to do it. I am a fair person and won't start banning people for nothing.

I for one am Sorry to see one of the Developers leave, every one of them has made a significant addition to the project, and without them this project would still be just a map explorer. Futhermore it makes no sense whatsoever to insult Yodason for leaving, he posted some very interesting and valid reason's for what he did.

I agree with Madborg about the splintering, it can't happen or this project will never go anywhere.

I suppose what I'm trying to say here is that you should thank Yodason for what he's contributed and leave it at that.
