Default 1h melee dmg overpowered

I have noticed that when meleeing with 2 1h weapons you can EASILY outdamage even a hasted monk using a Bo Staff of Composure (55ish dmg 25 dly). The reason is twofold:

1) Main and offhand both get benefits from STR bonusses to damage (in EQLive only the main hand gets the STR bonus)

2) 2-Handed weapons behave the same as 1 handers, whlst in EQLive they get a larger dmg bonus, even with low delay

Fixes:

-Disable STR bonus for secondary hand

-Raise dmg bonus on 2h (x2 would seem appropriate)

Sorry if I don't post code to do this but my prog skills don't go beyond anything more complex than "if", "then", "else"...

Melee equations for the emu are still being worked on. 2h bonus isn't taken into account yet, which is the exact reason you can outdamage 2h with dual wield of the same quality.

I'll not get into the live formula it's listed else where if you wanna look it up, Both do get a str bonus, what they don't get is the weapon bonus.

Two handers do not yet calculate thier weapon bonus.

Equations should be close to live. I thought 1h would be underpowered. My rogue on live was hitting for 18 where the equation said 9... At high levels, they even out with the equation posted.
