Error 1062 occured while installing...

Ok, I started downloading, everything...got all that downloaded..

right at this part is where the trouble all started:

2.5 ) Open " Winmysqladmin.exe " It will ask you for a username / password ( Choose a username / password that you will be able to remember)

ok, first time the password/username popped up. I thought it was asking me to enter a pre-existing pass/useID...so i clicked cancel to re-read the install instructions. When I go back, the password/user ID field doesn't pop up any more...and I don't know how to get back to that point.

Second problem

- Now type the following in this order ( Type one line, hit enter, move on to next)

create database eq;

use eq

source db.sql;

the first time everything was working good. I followed the instructions exactly as they said. then i hit this part:

Once it finishs(stop scrolling lines) Type the following

source reloaddb.sql;

it runs for a short while, then I get an error, well...an infinite number of error's followed by beeps for every time one comes up.

So i quit out of mysql and go back to look at the instructions to see if I missed anything.

I go back to try running it again, and I get error 1062 whenever I type

source db.sql;

I'm kinda stuck here. I've already tried uninstalling mysql folder, and re-installing it, but nothing changes.

Go into your Windows folder, delete the file my.ini, run winmysqladmin again, it will then ask you for a user name/password.
