Default Zone Creation
Now that i have my server issues solved...i was wondering if there is a way to create your own zones and if so what tools would be needed to do so?

Try reading the threads in the world building forum. This post is even in the wrong place. You need to look and help yourself, people here wont help when we know for a fact its here in the forums and you just didnt look.

Search the forums for 'openzone'. I have not used it myself, but I think that is the most promising tool to use for new zones. Windcatcher wrote it IIRC.
