making own server

well ive looked at the sticky on howto make you own win32 server and ive been following the steps and ive come to a problem, if anyone that has AIM that could walk me thro the process that'd be great my email is Zaltabik@xmsg.com let me kno if you can help thanks!

Whats your problem ? I can set up a 4.4 server to a 5.0dr3 server what do you need?
also i think the readme and guilds take care of all problems you might have...
BUT 5.0DR* is unsupported becuase it is for devs only
If you have the DR3 exe i can help you set it up...

im still kinda learning everything as i go, i got the the part where u do the start>run>cmd i typed in what it said and it said file cannot be located, i read over the previous steps and i made sure i did what they said, still had the same problem, but i dont have a compiler yet, is it absolutely needed in the beggining stages of making the server? i mean all you do at first is rename files and download things.
