Default MYSQL problem

ok i am kinda new to mysql and have a few questions about how to maintatin my db
first is there a command i can run to check a db for errors?
an i able to remove whatever.sql after i have sourced it?
do i always have to start out with \u eq; when useing the dos command?
i have used eqmeu-adim4.9 and mysql-front, mysql front seem a bit buggy but it seemed to get the job done...i used it to source myraDB.sql into the eq db and this was after adding db.sql and the latest dumpeditems.sql <oddly the myraDB.sql 12meg file took a whole 38 hours to finish> also i have a small 0.5.2-update.sql, but i don't recall sourcing this one, anyway after i rebooted everything i started world.exe and also loaded 4 zone files, everyting checked out so i connected to the server, worked just fine, had some "ghost NPC" and a few guards stacked on top of each other, i even sellected one and used the #spawndbfix or whatever that command was and the guy disappeared so i was happy, whatever...
not sure if anyone else could connect cause it was like 4 in the morning, but before adding myraDB several ppl logged in and without npc spawns and spell the game seemed to play great, so i am almost sure that others could have logged, if not so late..
also after i added myradb, i tried adding Myraitems.sql and got errors in the 1st line so i cancelled it, so i left the server running and left my character connected and when to work, come home the player is still standing there so i reboot both computers and try again now i seem to be getting errors in mysql, i am unable to properly connected to the eq databace with eqemu-admin and mysql-front always close to the same error: mysql-front states
"SQL execution error # 1030. Responce from the database: Got error 127 from table handler" thats when i try to click on accounts in the eq tree, when i try to connect to to my server i get
