Default offline server?

Hello, I hard that if I download the server software that I could start a server that I can play ofline is thar true? Thanks and have a good day.

Local servers would go through the minilogin setup (I believe), so follow these instructions. Also for future reference, so you dont get your head ripped off by other people, use the Search tool. Also try to post in the correct forum (to prevent unnessacary clutter) and not have your head ripped off again.

I dont understand, this is your second post about this being the wrong forum to post thest types of questions? I was wondering what would qualify as a win32 server support question then? No offense, not trying to flame, just trying to understand, but this IS the correct forum to ask about making a server or support for a server and so-on...
