Default Can't Create new Char
I patched my eq files because I had a prob with eq.dll (orsomething) and i replaced all the files. The bad thing is i patched my backup files

I've heard that i need the old UI files. Everything i try to create and hit next the game freezes.

First, you will only be able to play on servers listed as 0.5.5 DR1. Secondly, make sure you have Direct X 9.0 or higher installed, as SOE has started using it.. Anything less, and you will have problems..
