A quick question. How to remove the XP Death Penalty?

Seeing as the server I'm working on will be for just on my lil' lan, with 2-8 people at most ever on it, and no more than two if no one is visiting at the time, having an experiance point penalty in addition to the fun of chasing down your dead body full of stuff seems.. wholly unnecessary.
I was wondering if there was a 'simple' way to disable that penalty, that any one could pass along the way to do, while I wait an' hope someone has a few ideas for the skill trainer quirk I've got?

You dont need to do a corpse run, but I believe the experience is coded within eqgame.exe, and the fact that EverQuest isn't an open source project (we wish, lol) then it may not be able to be done, sorry.

Target your character and type #summonitem 11000

You'll get a Big Soul Devourer sword that will kill most mobs in just a few hits. Kill something red to get your XP back and then destroy the sword. hehehe Not exactly what you were looking for...but simple and VERY effective.
