I get to the server select, pick a server and it kicks me to

I put my password in and get to server select, i pick a server it waits a sec, screen turns black then back to login screen i go, anyone have any input? would be quite helpful =) thnx

i ran the live patcher, changed EQhost.exe now when i put station name and PW in it just kicks me to desktop...any tips? im gunna go look in for people with similar problems but any help will be very appreciated

when i click the shortcut, it loads to login screen..put my info in..it kicks me to desktop and puts "

Host=xp-smitchell:7308" in my EQhost.exe... prolly gunna get flamed but i dont care....i dont wanna spend all day trying to fix this

Alright first off its eqhost.txt not eqhost.exe.

Your first problem sounds like you are tring to connect to an uncompatible server. Since you patched to live you can only connect to DR6 servers. For the eqhost.txt file changing itself set it to

[LoginServer]
Host=eqemulator.net:5995

Make sure there are no spaces at the end of the lines and set the file to read only.
