Default Beneficial Spells + Npcspecialattacks

OK, i have 3 issues i've recently discovered.

1.) Certain spells are marked as beneficial, for god knows what reason. And mobs are unable to cast them on players.

As an example. i give you this. spell ID: 955 = beholder dispel.
This spell is area affect and dispel's 4 buff slots. On live eq, in fearplane the glare lords have a similar proc. it dispells everybody's buffs.

I wanted to give glare lords this effect. i tried setting the type as 1 and as 256. both times, the effect procs. but it only affects the npc. it wont affect players. (because of the restrictions of npcs casting beneficial spells on players and vice versa.)

2.) The npcspecialattack flags for UMCN: Unslowable, Unmezzable, Uncharmable, Unstunable, do NOT work.

Set all these flags on a npc. rebooted server and lo and behold players can slow, mez, charm and stun mobs. lol. Also fitting into this area, the Invoke fear line. stuns instead of fears, which i know is a known bug. But it doesn't register as a stun spell either. so until this is fixed, even if "unstunable" flag is fixed. invoke fear will still allow an infinite stun. And on a side note. i increased a mobs resists to 512 across the board and STILL i am able to fear without any resists.

3.) Banish does not work. I set naggy and vox as banish. and lvl 65 players still rushed in and raped them without being ported out.
