Berserker specific skills

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone has had a problem with berserker skills. I can buy tomes and turn them in just fine. I even get the message "you've learned a new skill"

The problem is that I don't see them on the Combat page or in the skills list so can't really actually use them. Any thoughts? I searched the forums for "Berserker" and "Berserker skills", but...

THis is one of the many things not working with EQEmu.

Seems odd .. I just got mine working this morning ... kinda. I had trouble getting the turn in to work (turns out my quest files in in rtf and needed to be plain text .. go figure lol). Anyhow, I can turn in the tomes, get the message, open the combat window and click the "s" button in the corner and then create the hotkeys without any problems. When I actually try to use the skills such as corroded axe, blunt axe .. or any of the summoning skills it tells me I don't have the components. I've bought the various axe components from the berserker merchant and have them in inventory, but I still get the message.

because they dont work, there not coded in yet.

Are there plans to fix this? Or is the berserker class broken? Also, is berserker the only class that uses this tome system?

This is an older thread, Berserkers were fixed a few months back.

Strange. i have the last build of Eqemu and the last CVS PEQ database. When i give the tome to the guildmaster, no message, no skill learned

That GM must not have the tome handin plugin specified in its script. Which ones have you tried, I'll correct them. Halas I am 100% certain works, so give that one a try.
