Default x64 issues

I am looking to get back into the EQEMU world, however I have a big problem.

I now run an x64 dualcore, and when I play everquest I have to set the affinity for one cpu [instead of both] during the patchclient for EQlive.

I just reinstalled titanium and set everything up- and then realized that by using "patchme" I'm bypassing the step that I need to change settings in.

How do I fix this so that I can emulate?
