Default Mobs not returning to spawn point

After a mob kills a player or the player zones the mob is not returning to it's spawn point. Feign Death seems to work properly, after a successful feign the mob will path back.

Wasn't able to find another post addressing this topic but if there is a reason or fix for this I'd appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction.

Thanks.

I tested this with mobs outside of Crushbone and they path back. Can you give some more specific examples? Is this on your server or someone else's? What zone is this occurring in? What mobs specifically?

Thanks for the reply but I got it fixed. It was one of the items in variables table (persistent zone state I think). I had been messing with them earlier in the day. Changed stuff back and mobs started returning again. Also had noticed after I'd posted that wandering mobs would not wander on a fresh server start, had to repop the zone to get them moving.
